Shipping policy

  1. Pre-Order Processing
    Pre-order items normally take approximately 3 weeks to arrive, if there are no shipping delays from the store or courier. In case of delay, we will inform the customer accordingly.
  2. Ready Stock Items

    Instan and Same-day shipping is available for orders placed before 1.00 PM (GMT+7).
    Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped on the following business day.
    Please wait for the tracking update once the item has been dispatched.

  3. As our location is in Central Jakarta, courier pickup or delivery may take longer during rush hours or heavy rain or driver availability.
